Position Description:
Routes For Sale®, the leading Business Brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated sales agent to join its highly successful sales team. The sales agent will be responsible for managing the complete sales process of Route Businesses (training provided). This entails procuring listings, writing contracts, qualifying buyers and overall providing a relationship between sellers and buyers. Turnkey leads provided! Must live in the Greater Tampa Bay, FL region.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales related to Commercial Businesses.
Connect qualified buyers with sellers.
Manage the entire sales process to include contract negotiations, writing contracts, and securing listings (training provided)
Experience/Qualifications:
Sales experience and/or real estate experience
Good communication skills by phone and email
Display organizational qualities
Ability to use a computer and technology (e.g.) CRM, Portal, Word, PDF, Excel, Email, etc.
Experience working and converting leads provided by company.
Schedule/Hours/Location:
9:00am to 5:00pm
Lutz, Florida near Suncoast Parkway
Remote position after training is complete.
Compensation:
Salary plus Commission
Personal Office Space
$50,000 first year, $70,000 – $100,000+ second year
