The equipment inside the trailer includes a 36″ chargrill, a 36″ griddle, two 50-pound deep fryers, a 6-burner range with an oven, a 62″ sandwich prep fridge, a chest freezer, and a 72″ chef table refrigerator with four drawers. The trailer also has a fully equipped restroom with a toilet and a sink. A generator is included.
